This workshop will be based at The News centre in Hilsea and will allow you to go behind the scenes of the printed press. You will be given an insight into what it’s like to be a reporter and also information on careers within the news industry. You will be part of a press conference so you will be asking the questions to one of the reporters from The News. This will be a great opportunity to create your own news story and headlines to take away with you. During the day you will get to have a look around the press offices and see the machinery which makes the newspapers.
